Westpoint Hotel - London

Everything was really good, including excellent and affable staff at all times. The room met all requests, it was compact and silent here with fresh towels, the heating was on full blast, complimentary coffee & kettle.

Nothing, all was good!

The location, 2 minutes walk from Paddington, Rooms are spacious.

Promised free internet in the room, but was not available.No restrant Breakfast buffet is very limited,

Broken hair dryer in the room, cold in the room.

The twin room was spacious and clean, but the shower pressure was low.

Convenient location to train stations and the city. Budget priced, clean but basic accommodation.

The location of the Westpoint is excellent, in walking distance to Paddington (great for Heathrow Airport Express), Hyde Park and a few small restaurants and grocery shops. The Hotel lobby is neat and the basic service no frills but good.

We booked a double room with a baby bed, which is not advisable as the room is too small for the baby bed, one can barely move. The mattress of the room was quite old and worn and uncomfortable to sleep for two people. Some of the towels have seen better days and should be thrown out Breakfast is fast and efficient but not too great, it has a bit of feel of "youth-hostel feeding the masses". I would prefer not paying for breakfast and rather grab a coffee and croissant at one of the places around the corner;

I might miss the name of him, his name is Rolnado, he is very nice and helpful staff at the reception desk. I forgot my visa-card after I paid the room fee, he kept my visa-card safety. I can trust that he's very honest person in this hotel. Hope to see him again as a Manager there. Please do not forget our Lojanavancih Family. Miss you.

Good location.

We were on the basement floor which was next to the laundry which was noisey. It was incredible hot in the room with no air condtioning only a fan which made no difference at all. Bathroom area was very small and the overall decor of the room was somewhat dated not worth the money we paid.

The rooms could use more space. It felt cramped, especially in the shower!!! A better layout would enhance comfort levels !!!

Room and bathroom were a bit small for two adults sharing however this is to be expected for such a central location

good value for money,lovely staff.location,and the overall appearance of the hotel was lovely. well kept.but...the bedrooms could do with with an update,but that is a minor issue,and would not stop me from booking with this hotel or recomending to friends and family, thankyou for a pleasent stay.

Easy to find, handy for visiting Imperial College, purpose for trip.

Breakfast poor, no fresh fruit, croissants or yoghurt for ones who do not want a cooked meal. Not enough tea, coffee, milk in the rooms.

The hotel offers a great central location and polite staff. Some rooms can be cramped and the Wi-Fi was inconsistent. Consider dining options outside for better breakfast value.

Excellent location for Hyde park, pleasant staff and helpfull, good value.

Breakfast was disgusting, butter was all in one big pot!, Powdered egg, low grade sausages.
